Savar Premium Natural New Zealand Skincare Pricing
All Savar prices are represented in New Zealand dollars and New Zealand goods and service tax (GST) is included in the total price for orders sent locally in New Zealand. No goods & services tax (GST), US taxes or VAT will be charged on sale of goods sent outside of New Zealand and will be deducted from the full retail price at checkout. All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason at any time.
Personal Information and Passwords
Once you have registered we have made it easy for you to update your account information or reset your password. Just click on the log in page on the top right navigation bar and you will be given the option to edit your account details. If you have forgotten your password go to the log in page and click on forgotten your password. Enter the email address you registered your shopping account to and we will email you a new password.

Your privacy and the security of your personal information is our highest priority. We take the most advanced security precautions to protect the personal information of anyone using this web site. Our Savar website has been approved for secure online shopping. When sensitive information is submitted, it is encrypted and protected with a 256 bit extensive validation SSL certificate which is a piece of software that encrypts all information moving to and from our website. This means no exchange between our website and its visitors can be intentionally or accidentally “overheard” by a third party.
The only personal information we collect is information that you give us when you register and when you place an order. Your personal information is for ordering only and will be held with the utmost care and NOT made available to any third party. We do not keep your credit card information anywhere.With your permission we will send you from time to time, further information on new Savar ultra premium natural skincare products and special offers. Any promotional email that you receive from us will also allow you to unsubscribe at any time.

Methods of Payment
Credit Card. We accept the following credit cards: Amex, MasterCard, Visa and Diners. Your transaction will appear on your credit card statement as savaronline.com. For Savar credit card payments we use Wiindcave who are committed to data security. You will be required to enter the name on the card, select the credit card type, enter the credit card number, it’s expiration date, and the card verification number. Credit card details are verified via our secure payment gateway for validity and availability of funds. Once these details have been checked, the transaction is then processed and completed. Windcave stores the data in computer servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities secured by the latest in surveillance and security technology. When Windcave transmits sensitive information (such as a credit card number), Windcave protects it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Credit card details stored onsite are encrypted using 168bit 3DES encryption. Windcave is a level 1 certified PCI-DSS compliant provider. We do not know or keep your credit card information anywhere on our web site.
Please note: all transactions are in NZD currency and payments are denominated in NZD currency if home currency is different from NZD.
Savar Ultra Premium Natural New Zealand Skincare Returns Policy
We pride ourselves on our integrity and providing our valued customers with high quality products. Our returns policy for online purchases is uncomplicated - if you are not happy with your product in any way we will replace it or refund your money.
Return the products in their original packaging to us within 30 days and we will refund your credit card with the cost of your purchase less freight. If you wish to exchange your purchase for another product we will happily pay the freight for the replacement item(s). Unfortunately your original postage and/or import duty, customs fees and local sales taxes (levies) charged are not refundable. Please simply call or email us with a short note. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned the item(s) and we will email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Should the goods be in any way defective we will offer a full refund or replacement - which ever you prefer. Shipping on returned goods is at the purchaser's cost. If an exchange is requested, we will cover shipping of the replacement product.

Great attention to detail is taken to ensure our products leave us in perfect condition. However should you experience any problems with your order please contact us on sales@savaronline.co.nz and we will do our utmost to put things right.
Savar Premium Natural Skincare Cancelled orders
You may cancel your order prior to your order being processed. Please be aware that orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. We will refund the cost of your order to the credit card used to purchase the products.

Savar reserves the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift voucher is either redeemed through the savaronline web site or is redeemed and used to make purchases on the savaronline site.
Savar shall not be liable to you or any third parties for any loss, costs, damage, expense or injury, whether direct, special, or consequential or any punitive damages allegedly sustained arising out of your access to or inability to access the use of Savar natural skincare or the supply or non supply of our products. This includes viruses alleged to have been obtained from our website, your use of or reliance on our products and the website, or any of the information or materials available on the website, regardless of the type of claim or the nature of the cause of action. Any changes to Savar ultra premium natural skincare policies will be posted here.
