  • Do you use fragrance in your skincare products?

    Our fragrance comes from botanicals, and we only use natural oil blends and extracts.  No synthetic perfumes or fragrances are used.

  • What ingredients don’t you use?

    To ensure our products can remain approved as ‘dermatologically tested’ we avoid any ingredients that can cause irritation. 

    All our products are free from: synthetic chemicals, GMO, toxins, fillers, artificial colours, parabens, phthalates, sulphates, DEA, petrochemicals, mineral oils, silicones, formaldehyde, triclosan, and chemical screens.  We are free from phenoxyethanol.

  • Are your ingredients natural and organic?

    Our ingredients are all naturally derived ingredients. Where possible we will always use an organic ingredient over non-organic but some ingredients are either not available in organic form or may not be able to source an organic alternative for an ingredient due to quantity or quality reasons. 

  • Are your products suitable for all skin types?

    Our products are all dermatologically tested and are safe for all skin types, including sensitive. Our products are tested by QACS, The Challenge Test Lab, who provide contract laboratory testing services to the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, disinfectant and food industries.   • What should I do if my skin is very easily irritated by new skincare products?

    For anyone with severe skin irritability or sensitivity we always suggest that you patch test any new products before applying them.  Because all skin is different, occasionally people have reactions to even the gentlest of ingredients.

  • Are your products suitable for pregnant women and for women who are breastfeeding?

    Yes, our products are suitable to use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. We recommend before first use if you want to be cautious due to hormonal changes.

  • Are your products gluten free?

    Gluten has not been added to any of our products, however we cannot guarantee that the raw materials used across our range are 100% gluten free. 

  • Can I use your products if I have a nut, wheat, or soy allergy?

    Some of our products may contain ingredients that are derived from wheat and soy, or they may be directly from oils such as almond.  We recommend if you have any allergies to patch test first or consult with your medical practitioner before using any new skincare product. 

  • How do I make sure your products stay fresh and effective?

    With natural ingredients we recommend using your products within 6months of opening. Keep your skincare products away from extreme heat storing in under 25-degree temperatures and out of direct sunlight.

    Our products are all proudly made in New Zealand.  Quality and safety is paramount in our ethos and we ensure all our products are manufactured to the strictest and highest quality standards- in state of the art GMP certified laboratories.
